Memories to keep

The celebration of the high school day is one of the most anticipated days by pupils, teachers, and even school officials at Ilocos Sur National High School, which is why they are looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was suspended along with face-to-face classes for the last two school years. They were happy to see the return of high school day after a two-year suspension on March 25, 2023. Many people were relieved that the long wait was finally over.

The people who came to participate in the day's events were all smiling and laughing. Every aspect of the event was liked by the students. The mass of thanksgiving was held first, while students, school employees, and administrators listened carefully and intently to what was being said in front of them and showed respect to the priest. It was a liturgy expressing thanks for the upcoming event, which many people had been anticipating and wishing for. The program was completed following the mass. There was a field performance in which kids from classes 7 to 10 performed the Galaw Pilipinas. Some of the grade 10 students also performed during the program's interval. Of course, a program wouldn't be complete without a professional speaker giving a motivational speech. The dear listeners took in the lessons, and they will undoubtedly use what they learned in subsequent interactions.

To summarize, students and teachers made sincere efforts and did their best to welcome the aforementioned occasion. They gladly assisted one another in making the high school day as enjoyable and exciting as everyone imagined. Everyone who attended the day had a terrific time, and it was enough to make up for many people's long wait for this event. It was well worth the wait.
